MICHELLE SEILER – TUCKER

Michelle Seiler-Tucker, founder and president of Capital Business Solutions. Michelle is Cofounder and Senior Managing Partner of CBS (Capital Business Solutions International, LLC), a national business broker’s alliance, which has offices throughout the United States. Michelle is also founder and CEO of Advanced Medical Rehab.

In addition, Michelle is the award winning bestselling author of “How to Sell Your Business for More Than Its Worth.” This book details how to enhance the value of your business to obtain the optimal selling price. Michelle has a strong reputation with business owners innumerous industries throughout the United States.

Along with being a valued leader in the community, she has the professional experience to help anyone with their business needs. Michelle has over 20 years in sales, management, and business ownership experience. She has owned and operated eight successful businesses and has sold over 300 franchises and hundreds of businesses.

Jason Garey – Partner

Bio

JASON GAREY

Jason Garey started his first business when he was 10 years old. It was a skateboard shop that he operated out of his garage making about $150/month. From then he knew that being an entrepreneur was his calling.

He has owned several businesses in his lifetime, from a decorative concrete curbing business, a commercial real estate investment company and a franchise called “Tumblebus”. These days he owns several internet companies geared towards website development and lead generation.

Jason is a former business growth expert with Tony Robbins Robbins Companies. He worked with start-ups as well as fortune 500 companies in order to help them find gaps in their businesses, close those gaps and then deploy various tools, concepts, strategies and methodologies to better the overall health of the companies. Here, Jason averaged a client list of 10 to 15 individual businesses ranging from startup to 50 million dollars in revenues and was part of teams consulting multi-billion dollar organizations. Two case studies which Jason was a part of netted massive growth in short time frames. In one instance, two months into the client coach engagement, he employed strategies that added 50k dollars in revenues per month. One and a half months into another engagement, a commodities brokerage firm out of Houston TX, doubled the sales in April of any other prior month in company history. With an interest in the energy management space, he worked for Wisuite, a Canadian international wireless energy management company as their VP of Operations.

Understanding the importance of strategic partnerships in down economies, he established the Wisuite brand in the U.S. He accomplished this by establishing and maintaining clients like Marriot, Holiday Inn, Days and Hampton Inns and the Venetian Palazzo in Las Vegas Nevada, to name a few. Dealing with project sizes ranging in the millions he was able to develop processes that completely streamlined the financing and project management functions for the company.

Jason was then recruited to work as the sales trainer and sales manager for the energy management division of Princetongreen.org overseeing 60 sales reps at any given time. Jason spends some of his time in emerging technologies including partnering sitting on the board of an electric car company and He currently is a part of Charity Water which focuses on bringing clean drinking water to over 1 billion people who currently lack the access to it today.

Jason is a very accomplished national tennis player and ultimately became a teaching tennis pro for two clubs in his local area. Jason is married and has two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his 3 dogs and taking the time to enjoy life. He majored in Business Administration at The University of Toledo, is a decorated Airman First Class from the United States Air Force, has completed his purple belt in American Kenpo Karate and has done motivational speaking for clients such as Home Depot and Honda.
